OF 24TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING"
Notice
is hereby given of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Friends
of the Canadian War Museum which will be held in Ateliers C and
D of the Canadian War Museum, 1 Vimy Place, Ottawa on Thursday 9
June, 2011 commencing at 7 p.m. for 7. 30 p.m.
Business will consist of:

Approval of the Minutes of the 23rd AGM
- The
President's Report
- The
Financial Report
- Appointment
of Auditor
- Election
of Directors
- Appointment
of Honorary Life Members
- Volunteer
of the Year
- Review
by Director-General CWM
- Other
Business.
Friends
who wish to have other items added to the agenda should notify the

Nominations for election of Friends to the Board of Directors
are invited and should be sent to the Secretary.

We request that all copies be in a 'fair condition' (no pocket books).
Due to financial restrictions, funding for postages is not available.
However, a pick up can be arranged within a two hour drive from Ottawa.
