Artifact W2-8: Memories of a Bombing Run

W2-7: The Sinking of the Lancastria

Among the most-prized books in my library is “The Sinking of the Lancastria” by Jonathan Fenby.  It is prized because my father, John Hill, was a participant, as a volunteer reservist, in the events surrounding the sinking and may have narrowly escaped being on board when it happened.
